Dr. Brittny Silke boasts over a decade of dedicated experience within the realms of sports medicine, rehabilitation, and sports performance. Armed with an undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science, specializing in Human Performance, her expertise runs deep. Throughout her career, she has collaborated closely with athletes across all levels, ranging from amateurs to professionals and Olympic-caliber individuals, catering to their needs in both rehabilitation and training capacities. Brittny's professional journey encompasses diverse settings in physical therapy, spanning acute care, brain and spinal cord injury rehabilitation, complex multi-trauma cases, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient orthopedics, and limb loss scenarios. This broad exposure has honed her ability to craft comprehensive and nuanced plans of care tailored to each individual's unique circumstances. Central to her approach, is a holistic approach to patient care. While she adeptly addresses injuries and performance concerns, she also recognizes the fundamental importance of overall health and wellness in the rehabilitation process. Her treatment plans go beyond mere injury management, incorporating elements that promote comprehensive well-being. Beyond her professional endeavors, Brittny's personal life mirrors her professional passion. Dr. Erika Moran, PT, DPT
Orthopedic Physical Therapist
Dr. Erika is a physical therapist living in the Greater Boston area. She enjoys helping patients recover to get back to all types of movement. She hopes to empower patients to take their rehab into their own hands by providing them tools and resources to get back to doing what they love. She specializes in treating orthopedic and sports injuries, as well as post-operative rehab. Erika received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 2019. She has since completed numerous continuing education courses including focused manual therapy certifications of AAMT Dry Needling 1 and 2, Lumbar Spine Management, Stress Fracture Management, and Clinical Management of the Fitness Athlete. When she is not treating, she enjoys CrossFit, yoga, and Rec league softball.
